Who can buy a property in Turkey?

Almost everyone in the world can buy a property in Turkey except people with the following nationalities:

• Armenia

• Syria

• North Korea

• Cuba

and some restrictions apply for the following countries:

• Jordan

• israel

• Fiji

• East Timor

In some regions of Turkey there are restrictions in place for foreigners buying farming land.
